My approach to therapy combines relational, person-centred therapy with anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and feminist theory lens. Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths-based, and a holistic experience. We will work together to find the right path to define and meet your therapeutic goals.

15-minute Free Consultation
Therapy is a deeply personal experience. Book a free 15 min consultation to discuss your therapeutic needs and goals. This time is useful for the two of us to ask each other important questions.
Individual Counselling
One-on-one counselling session. Our first session will be an intake session for us to learn about each other, discuss counselling goals, and discuss other essential information for our ongoing work. The following sessions will focus on our counselling goals, relevant skill building, and continuous assessment of needs.
Sliding-Scale counselling
Counselling is often needed when we struggle financially. I want to be mindful of financial barriers to counselling for potential clients. If that’s the case for you, we can discuss what may work for you.
